Sirs
I refer to your communication dated 12 November 2007 [reference TM 1 Pares Land] (copy attached). Your 12 November 2007 communication is anonymous and unsigned.
I will do my best to attend, but may be unable, amongst others, for reasons mentioned in my letter to you of 11 November 2007, which you received at 8.01 pm on 11 November 2007.
I attach a copy of my 11 November 2007 letter, and ask that you deal with it, in writing, and that the person responding to me is named and signs his or her correspondence?
May I have the address where you propose to house me, while you are considering my application, and my responses to any observations you make on my application? I will need access to my records, and word processing, if I am to stand a chance when I have to respond to you.
May I invite you simply to house me, as you would anyone else in my situation? You could, if you wanted, nominate one of your staff to obtain resolutions to any further incidences of harassment, such as (but not limited to) my landlord cutting off my fuel, excluding me from my home and the now highly regular coincidental and unlawful closures of my benefit claims. I would be very happy to work with such a person.
May I ask you, please, not to harass me, but to help me?
Yours faithfully
T Moore

Sirs
I refer to your letter dated 7 November 2007 [reference TM 1 Pares Land] (copy attached).
I called at your office on Friday, 9 November 2007, but the official I saw refused to take a written application from me, and refused to give me his name.
I need to make a written application to the Housing Authority as homeless and in priority need. The Housing Authority has already decided that I am vulnerable for the purposes of homeless legislation.
You will are unlikely to make a proper assessment of my needs, without information from me. Hitherto you have not obtained any information from me, and are presumably proposing to send someone with the symptoms of Myeloid Leukemia onto the streets, or a short period in the Salvation Army Hostel, or similar, followed by the streets.
Inevitably I cannot manage the routine required by establishments such as the Salvation Army. Doubtless among others, your representative Mrs. Rev. Tracey Day, reported to you, last year, that I spend an inordinate proportion of my day in bed.
For the last six years, Rochdale Metropolitan Borough Council has harassed me, despite my suffering the severest Obstructive Sleep Apnea, and severe Autism, with false allegations of being a “paedophile,” bricks through my windows, fraudulent benefit determinations, three false arrests arranged with Greater Manchester Police last year, perjury, theft, blocking my access to medicine, and, inter alia, blocking my access to legal services.
As far as I can tell, with its nonsense claims, inter alia of “Asperger Syndrome is a mild form of Autism,” Rochdale Metropolitan Borough Council has no idea how bad things are for me, and neither does it care.
I ask you to start caring now, and offer you everything I have in return. I have no where to live.
I am not married, presumably because I have Autism. My family disintegrated at the instigation of my father in 1977. My father now lives in sheltered accommodation in Leamington Spa, my mother died of Myeloid Leukemia in 1971.
Having no where to live, and presumably not that much longer to live, you now appear to be extending your cruel and inhumane mistreatment of me, upon the orders Affinity Homes Group and Keith Exford. Rochdale Metropolitan Borough Council is supposed to make its own decisions.
May I please remind you that even on the streets Keith Exford will not leave me alone? Keith Exford ordered night shelters to remove me, I am not his only victim and you are not the only Authority to take his instructions.
You have a surplus of housing in Rochdale. I am incapable of violence and most forms of anti-social behaviour. Your authority has tried hard enough to prove otherwise, eventually resorting to fraud and rubbish about private letters.
I ask you not to be horrid to me.
Someone appears to have arranged for my Job Seeker’s Allowance Claim to be unlawfully closed with effect from the period 26 October 2007 to 9 November 2007. Would you be good enough, as a measure required to lessen the impact of homelessness, to contact the Department for Work and Pensions, ask it not to close my claim, but enable me to report unemployment for the period 26 October 2007 to 9 November 2007?
Please do not tell me to contact the Department for Work and Pensions, because I already have. I have reported its failure to send me the form for completion on 9 November 2007 to Rochdale, Oldham and Preston Job Centres, as well as the litigation office in London.
I cannot pay your bills without an income, and I cannot fund fraud.
Yours faithfully
T Moore
