Sirs

URGENT

I refer to our meeting between 1300 and 1440 yesterday, 13 November 2007.

Your Senior Housing Officer, who refuses to give his name and failed to write it on my application, told me yesterday, that he would inform me, today, of the accommodation your department has secured for me, following my eviction tomorrow morning, 15 November 2007.

May I please now have that information, in writing so I can be sure and make some arrangements?

Please may I have written replies to my letters of 13 November 2007, 12 November 2007 and 11 November 2007 (copies attached)?

Yours faithfully
Victim of Affinity Homes Group
T Moore

Mr Moore,

Please accept my apology for the delay in communication regarding your eviction scheduled for tomorrow at 11.30. As discussed, temporary accommodation will be secured with effect from tomorrow whilst we deal with your Homelessness Presentation.

I shall attend your home when you need to vacate the property and sort out the accommodation required. Due to this late response I will not attempt to respond to your questions raised in previous correspondence today.

However I will address your enquiries when the current emergency situation with accommodation has been resolved.

Please will you help me with my eviction, and finding a home, scheduled for 15 November 2007 at 11.30 am?

There is a pressing need for conciliation between Rochdale Council and me.

I probably do not have that much longer to live in any event. She died a couple of years younger than I am now, 46½.

T Moore
