I refer to our meeting between 1300 and 1440 today, 13 November 2007.

I still do not know if you are going to secure accommodation for me. All I have is the oral word of an anonymous man.

Why did you want to copy my private notes? What interests you so much about me?

You asked about me being sent to prison for an entirely lawful political campaign against the dishonest former Member of Parliament for Croydon Central Geraint Davies. This is not covered by your preprinted form, but you have included it under "Criminal Activity" and "violent & aggressive behaviour."

I noticed Rochdale Metropolitan Borough Council is keen to label me "violent," and had to amend one its records from "violent" to "has not actually physically attacked anyone, but is capable of violence." May I suggest that if you ever secure grounds for accusing me of violence, it will be owing to your intentional intimidation and provocation?

I would appreciate it if you would put your assurances in writing. Rochdale has a surplus of Registered Social Landlord accommodation, one unit of which you could easily make available to me.

Please may I have written replies to my letters of 12 November 2007 and 11 November 2007 (copies attached)?

Letting you know where we stand at the moment. I need to ask you a number of questions regarding your being homeless. Do you know why you are being evicted?

1. Because there is an eviction order.

The Claim I do not understand, did not see it all, and think it is unlawful in any event.

Are you aware that Rochdale Borough wide Housing is not part of Rochdale Metropolitan Borough Council?

I do not appreciate fully the relationship between Housing Authorities and their Arms Length Management Organisations. Strange question. Rochdale Borough wide Housing is the Arms Length Management organisation of Rochdale Metropolitan Borough Council.

That is correct. I just wanted you to know where I stand in relation to Rochdale Borough wide Housing. We are completely independent of Rochdale Borough wide Housing.

I'm trying to establish why you are being evicted and how your health comes into this. You have written to us about all your health problems.

Not all my health problems. This is difficult to assess from inside me. You, as a normal person, comprehend communications I do not.

I am over tired and exhausted. Other problems I need time to get them all for you.

Communication with Rochdale Borough wide Housing has been very difficult.

But I cannot answer the medical questions completely. This takes too long for me, longer because I have Autism.
